Deficiencies such as vitamin A, folic acid, iodine, iron and zinc are prevalent worldwide of which a multi vitamin can contribute positively towards alleviating; for use by children over 12 years, adults, the elderly and infirm. Fortified with Iron for haemoglobin formation and proper muscle and brain function.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin C (contains Cellulose), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ferrous Fumarate, Vitamin E Acetate (Contains Gelatin, Sucrose, Maize Starch, Sodium Alumino-Silicate), Nicotinamide, Vitamin A Acetate (contains Acacia, Sucrose, Starch, DL Alpha Tocopherol, Tricalcium Phosphate), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, colours: Iron Oxides; Titanium Dioxide; Glycerol), Calcium Pantothenate, Stearic Acid, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin D preparation (Acacia, Sucrose, Starch, Cholecalciferol, DL Alpha Tocopherol, Tricalcium Phosphate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Magnesium Stearate, Riboflavin, Silica, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (contains Dicalcium Phosphate).
