For cold use

Simply store in your freezer and remove for a few minutes prior to use.

For hot use

Follow directions and place in the microwave.

It allows maximum comfort as it contours to your body with its gel pearls. Strap helps to wrap around injured parts of your body where it provides a temperature of your choice and a compress. This is to help blood flow, reduce pain and lead to a faster recovery.
