Solution made from sea water and enriched with added copper and magnesium salts which help to prevent flu contamination. It washes away thick mucus and irritant rapidly to decongest the nose from colds and sinusitis.  It also helps prevent secondary infection.

How to use Sterimar Congestion Relief 

- Spray briefly by pressing the nozzle away from face and nose

- Keep head straight gently place the nozzle in the nose 

- Spray once or twice into each nostirl 

- Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose

- Use 2-6 times a day for as long as needed or however long your doctor has recommended 

- After using clean the nozzle in hot soapy water then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth
