Sterimar Cold Defence Spray 50ml

Description

A natural sea water nasal spray. It helps limit cold symptoms by washing out any impurities this helps reduce the risk of sinusitis, bronchitis and otitis. It helps to also hydrate and restore natural moisture into the nose.

How to use Sterimar Cold Defence 

- Spray briefly by pressing the nozzle away from face and nose

- Keep head straight gently place the nozzle in the nose 

- Spray once or twice into each nostril 

- Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose

- Use 2-6 times a day for as long as needed or however long your doctor has recommended 

- After using clean the nozzle in hot soapy water then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth
