An easy to swallow primrose oil capsule, enriched with natural oils, starflower plants and vitamin E. They also naturally contain GLA which is an essential in maintaining good health. They help produce healthy skin, joints and maintain a natural hormone balance for PMS.

Evening Primrose Oil, Starflower (Borage) Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Maize Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan; Disodium Phosphate), Vitamin E.
