They fit comfortably in the ear and sit tight and secure. Also has a range of three fluorescent colours or neutral beige coloured.

• Mould the earplug into the shape of a pebble
• Do not cut the plug or put it in the ear canal
• Place the earplug against your clean and dry ear
• Press the edges until you feel it adhere correctly
