Pure Bliss (50ml)

Pure Bliss Soothing Compress Solution soothes and calms your delicate intimate area after birth, bringing immediate relief to a tender perineum, reducing the feeling of swelling and supporting the tissues to heal (including a Caesarean Section wound).

Cool it Mama 

Neroli; a relaxing and calming ingredient helps with insomnia, nervous tension, headaches and helps ease feelings of anxiety and depression.

Ylang ylang; cams and relaxes body and mind whilst also uplifting your spirit. This makes it beneficial for helping with symptoms of  a  low mood, anxiety, anger and stress.

Menthol; a cooling and refreshing ingredient perfect for those times when you have hot flushes also beneficial for refreshing the mind and preventing tiredness. 

Grapefruit; this ingredient contains diuretic properties which help with water retention. It is also very refreshing making it good for those days you need a pick me up or to help ease headaches.

Down Below 

Evening primromse oil; rich in antioxidants and omega 6 fatty acids, great for hydrating 

Rosehip oil; rich in omega 3 fatty acids which brings elasticty and regeneration to the skin down below

Apricot kernal oil; rich in antioxidants and contaisn anti-inflammatory properties, which helps soothe the down below area whilst also being deeply moisturising

Calendula oil; Helps promote skin healing and repair whilst also being anti-inflammatory 

Sunflower seed oil; Depply nourishing and ant-inflammatory helping calm the area down below

Geranium; contains diuretic properties which helps reduce swelling, helps to soothe tender, full, heavy breast, engorged breasts and symptoms of mastitis. Also a uplifting ingredient to help with those tougher days.

Lemongrass; is a galactagogue which helps promote lactation and the flow of milk. This is an essential ingredient for women experiencing low milk supply also good for uplifing and increasing self esteem. 

Mandarin; contains antiseptic properties which prevent infection also promotes healing which is great for treating and calming sore nipples whilst also relieving stress.

Peppermint; helps relieve stress, depression and mental exhaustion, as well as helping relieve pain, reduce swelling, helps to soothe tender, full, heavy breast, engorged breasts and symptoms of mastitis.
