DPATCH are designed to keep your Freestyle Libre sensor protected to make sure your levels are being read at all times as well as being a fashionable accessory to your sensor whether you want to match your patch with your clothes or pick a natural colour to help blend your sensor in with your skin.

• Patch sticks to skin and not the sensorwith the elasticity of the patch mimicking the skin giving maximum comfort with easy peel for no risk of knocking your sensor and giving you the option to change your patch as often as your like 
• Range of colours, choose from a multi coloured pack to suit your mood and outfits or choose the more natural colour beige 
• Breathable and water-resistant material 
• Up to 10 days wear per each patch - Hypoallergenic and strong medical grade adhesive to ensure the patch lasts

How to apply 

1. Ensure skin is clean and dry before applying
2. Carefully peel section one which is demonstrated on back of packet , however this is the flat side of the patch 
3. Align the patch with your Freestyle 
4. Smooth your patch over skin and peel section two (other side of the patch /curved side)
5. Smooth patch over skin and carefully hold down for 15 seconds to ensure adhesion 

Warnings

DPATCH are hypoallergenic but if a reaction occurs discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place in pouch provided.

• Delivery is within 2-3 days via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Same Day Delivery

• Receive your order on the same day, hand delivered by one of our delivery drivers. 
• A single charge of £5.99 per order 
• Available Monday to Friday - Cut off for same day delivery require orders to be placed before 3pm 

Click and Collect

• Order your product for same day collection at the branch closest to you FREE OF CHARGE
