Made to dissolve in water for when you need a booster by energising you with natural caffeine from guarana extracts having you more awake and alert. Has no sugar so makes it an ideal way to give yourself a boost when you need one. Contains vitamin B that works by converting your food to fuel to give you more energy 

How to take Berocca Boost

Adults 18 years and over

ONE tablet per day dissolved in a glass of water.

Children under 18 years

Not recommended. Not suitable for pregnant or breast-feeding women or people with kidney problems.
