Benylin Chesty Coughs Original Solution

Description

Benylin Chesty Coughs Original is used to help relieve coughing and related congestion symptoms. The liquid contains diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine that helps relieve coughing and dry secretions in the nose and chest and levomenthol which aids easy breathing by relieving congestion.

How to take Benylin Chesty Cough Solution:

(Adults and children aged 12 and over)

Warnings

Avoid use in children under 12 years. Known hypersensitivity to ingredients; chronic or persistent cough e.g. asthma, or cough accompanied by excessive secretions. With or within two weeks of receiving MAOIs. May cause drowsiness, if affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Use with caution in moderate to severe renal or hepatic impairment or urinary retention. Do not use in narrow-angle glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy. May potentiate effects of alcohol, codeine, antihistamines and other CNS depressants. May potentiate the effects of anticholinergics.
