Relief from symptoms of cold and flu such as:

PLUS ADDITIONAL VITAMIN C TO HELP AID RECOVERY

Dissolve the content of one sachet into a mug of hot/boiling water.
Stir thoroughly until it is dissolved, if you wish you can add sugar, honey or sweeteners.

One sachet every 4-6 hours as required. No more than 4 sachets in 24 hours. Not to be used continuously for more than 7 days.
