How to take Beechams Breathe Clear
Adults and Children over 16 years
Drink the contents of one sachet, mixed with hot water, every FOUR hours, if neccessary. Maximum SIX sachets in any 24 hour period. Not to be taken continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.
Children under 16 years
Not recommended.

Off-white to beige, free-flowing, heterogeneous powder with an odour of honey, lemon and menthol containing per 6g:
Paracetamol 600mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg
