Flaxseed oil: This is the source of omega - 3

Nervous system : Vitamin B5 to help support a good mental performance

Immune system: Vitamin C contributes to the normal functions of the immune system

Vitality: B6 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue also helps contribute to release the energy of food.

Mental performance: Pantothenic acid (B5) helps support normal mental performance and B6 to help support a normal psychological function.

Dosage: One pastille daily

Vitamin A 400mcg Re , Pantothenic acid 6mg, Vitamin B6 1.4mg, Vitamin C 80mg, Vitamin D 5mcg, Vitamin E 12mg a-TE, Flaxseed oil 267mg, Omega- 3 (ALA) 120mg 

Warnings

Do not take vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future. Contains maltitol which is a polyol- excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
