Vitamin A 400mcg Re , Pantothenic acid 6mg, Vitamin B6 1.4mg, Vitamin C 80mg, Vitamin D 5mcg, Vitamin E 12mg a-TE, Flaxseed oil 267mg, Omega- 3 (ALA) 120mg 

Warnings

Do not take vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future. Contains maltitol which is a polyol- excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
