How do I take my temperature?

Armpit 

• Place the tip of the thermometer under the centre of the armpit 
• Tuck your arm against your body for a minute
• Remove and check temperature 

Mouth 

• Place the tip of the thermometer under your tongue 
• Leave it in place for about 1 minute 
• Remove and check temperature 

Ear 

• Gently pull the ear lobe to straighten the ear canal 
• Insert the tip of the thermometer into ear canal 
• Squeeze and hold button for 1 minute 
• Remove and check the temperature
