24 Hour Prescription Collection Is HERE | Check it out in Solihull

To make our patients’ lives easier, we have installed a new 24-hour prescription collection point at our pharmacy. This means you can collect your repeat prescription medicines 24/7, 365 days of the year!

The machine allows you to maintain a safe physical distance from others and avoid queues. It also means you can collect your prescriptions outside of our pharmacy opening hours. 

It’s helping us to support those trying to self-isolate, and key workers that may not be able to get to a pharmacy during normal opening hours due to shift patterns.

We can get your electronic prescriptions from almost ANY surgery in England.

Of course, our team are still here to help. Having the 24/7 collection point simply allows us to spend more time helping those patients that need face to face support or advice.

How it works?

It couldn’t be simpler! 

1. Order your prescriptions from your surgery in the usual way
2. Ask your GP to send the prescriptions electronically to Browns Pharmacy Solihull
3. When your medicine is ready to collect you will receive a text with a unique collection PIN
4. Simply type the PIN number into the machine, follow the on-screen instructions and the machine will fetch your prescription within seconds!
